City of West Hollywood Announces Kathy Hilton as the Grand Marshal Icon for the 2026 WeHo Pride Parade on June 7

Former Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders Quinton Peron and Napoleon Jinnies and the Current Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders will Join the WeHo Pride Parade, Produced by JJLA, as Trailblazer Icons

The City of West Hollywood and WeHo Pride producer JJLA announce that legendary television personality and philanthropist Kathy Hilton has been selected as the WeHo Pride Parade Grand Marshal Icon for her commitment to the LGBTQ+ community, allyship in the entertainment industry, and unwavering support across pop culture. Hilton will also be celebrated as one of the 2026 WeHo Pride Parade Icons alongside the current Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders, featuring the NFL’s first male cheerleaders, former co-captains Napoleon Jinnies and Quinton Peron. WeHo Pride honors these Icons for their work in bringing visibility to the LGBTQ+ community and social justice issues, as well as expanding representation in pop culture.

This year’s WeHo Pride Parade takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026 in the heart of West Hollywood. The parade will kick off at 12 p.m. at N. Crescent Heights Boulevard and continue west on Santa Monica Boulevard into the City’s Rainbow District, ending at the City’s western border. More information is available at www.wehopride.com.

“WeHo Pride has always been rooted in visibility and the power of people using their platforms to uplift others, and this year’s Icons embody that spirit in meaningful ways,” said City of West Hollywood Mayor John Heilman. “Kathy Hilton’s longstanding allyship, alongside the representation championed by Quinton Peron, Napoleon Jinnies, and the Los Angeles Rams Cheer Squad, reflects the mission at the heart of the WeHo Pride.”

Kathy Hilton is a true multi-hyphenate as an actress, television personality, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and designer whose influence spans across business, fashion, and entertainment. A vocal and visible supporter of the community, Hilton consistently uses her platform to champion LGBTQ+ rights while embracing and celebrating queer culture both on and off screen. Hilton has become a beloved public figure among LGBTQ+ audiences through her reality television appearances and proudly attending marquee queer events, including the GLAAD Media Awards, emerging as a prominent and authentic ally. She and her husband, Rick Hilton, have also opened their home to host numerous GLAAD events.

Celebrated as this year’s Trailblazer Icons are Quinton Peron, Napoleon Jinnies, and the current Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders. Making history as the first male cheerleaders in the NFL, Peron and Jinnies will bring their groundbreaking legacy to the WeHo Pride Parade alongside the entire current team and the official team mascot, Rampage. The Los Angeles Rams organization was the first team in the NFL to champion LGBTQ+ representation within its cheerleading squad by selecting Jinnies and Peron in 2018, and they continue to set the standard for inclusion, visibility, and pride.

New this year, the WeHo Pride Parade will debut the all-new WeHo Pride Parade Awards, presented by Tiffany & Co., celebrating the creativity, passion, and vibrant spirit that defines one of the world’s most iconic Pride parades. Designed to honor the outstanding floats, contingents, performances, and community participation that bring the streets of West Hollywood to life, the awards will recognize excellence across multiple categories, including Best in Show, Best Non-Profit Float or Contingent, Best Local Group Float or Contingent, and Best Corporate Float or Contingent. The inaugural awards presentation will take place following the parade at the Celebration Stage on Santa Monica Boulevard at 4 p.m.

KTLA 5 is the official broadcast partner of the WeHo Pride Parade. Streaming live on KTLA+ and KTLA.com, on Sunday, June 7, 2026 starting at 12 p.m.

Full of music, dancing, colorful floats, festive marching contingents, and creative flair, the WeHo Pride Parade is free and open to the public embracing LGBTQ+ representation, inclusion, and progress. The parade celebrates diversity, love, and resilience in the heart of West Hollywood. Each year, Parade Icons are selected for their significant contributions to the LGBTQ+ community, visibility, community involvement, and advocacy.
